Do you fix bikes?

Yes, we do! We work on any bicycle originally purchased from a bicycle shop. However, we do not work on the following:

  • Department store bikes
  • Bikes with cracked or damaged frames
  • Anything with a gas-powered motor
  • E-bikes from a brand we do not sell

Do I need to make an appointment?

At peak times, all repairs are carried out by appointment only, except for flat tires, which are fixed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend calling to arrange an appointment as we do not book appointments via email.

Turnaround time varies depending on how busy our workshop is. Call ahead to avoid disappointment.

How much will my bike cost to fix?

We aim to provide a repair estimate on the spot before you decide to leave your bike with us. It can be challenging to provide accurate estimates over the phone, so we encourage bringing your bike to the store for a more precise quote.

Do you fix flat tires?

Yes, we do! We charge $15 for labor, plus the cost of any required parts like tires or tubes. Flat tire repairs typically take 2–3 hours depending on our workload.

Note: BionX, drum brake, and tubeless-equipped bikes may incur additional labor charges.

Can you fix my bike while I wait?

Beyond flat tire repairs, we recommend booking an appointment. Lead times depend on how busy we are, but we always aim to get your bike back on the road quickly. If you have a specific deadline, please call to discuss it with us.

Do you buy or sell used bikes?

No, we do not buy or sell used bikes.

What is your returns policy?

  • Bikes: No returns. We work hard to ensure you leave with the right bike.
  • Parts and accessories: Refunds or exchanges within 15 days if unused and in resellable condition.
  • Tools and pumps: No returns.
  • Special order items: No returns.
  • Final sale items: No returns.

Do you install parts purchased elsewhere?

Yes, we do. However, labor charges may be adjusted if parts are not purchased from us. Please call to discuss further.

Do you work on suspension in-house?

Yes, we service suspension in-store, including shocks requiring nitrogen charging. We have the tools needed for Fox, RockShox, and select Marzocchi and X-Fusion models.

Do you rent bikes?

No, we do not rent bikes.
